I enjoy the inter collaborative experience working with an entire team to complete a full cycle so that revenue is maximized!
What do you love most about ABC Therapeutic Billing Services?
I love that we are willing to help, from small consulting questions to being able to help with struggling A/R.
What do you do at ABC?
I am the Billing Director. I ensure that audits and claims are sent to the proper location, manage payments and work denials so providers can focus their time and energy on patient care.
What strengths make you suited for what you do?
I would have to say determination. Working with insurance companies can be daunting, but with patience and determination claims get paid.
What are your interests outside of work?
My interests typically involve my family. From going on trips to the lake or hikes up table rock.
